About me
Welcome to my homepage! I am a first year Computer Science PhD student at Clemson University, advised by Prof.Nianyi Li. I’m also an affiliated researcher of NYU Longone Health. Prior to Clemson University, I obtained my two B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Iowa and my M.S. in Biostatistics from NYU. My research focuses on Deep Learning.
Experience
From 2022 to 2023, I was a research assistant in Parnia Lab, mentered by Dr.Sam Parnia. I am an contributor of project Paradoxical Lucidity in Severe End-Stage Dementia. Then during 2023, I worked as an Biostatistician at JNDATA Resolution LLC to provide response to programming requests and work on projects under statistician of Xu Zhang.
From 2021 to 2022, I was a research assistant in School of Global Public Health at New York University, mentered by Dr.Hai Shu, focused on Density Estimation Method based on penalized splines and utilization function to estimate densities via R.
During 2019, I was a data analyst in CitiBank remotely, supervised by Jing He. I mainly worked on infilling Missing Data and perform Multi-Dimensional Data Point Clustering.
